Our Mission and Goals
Youth Minds Initiative is a nonprofit student-run organization based in Calabasas, California. Our goal is to advocate for ensure mental health services/resources for youth across the state of California. Some ways in which we aim to accomplish this include the enactment of the Mental Health Services for Students Act of 2020, which strives to establish school-based mental health services, train staff, and build community partnerships for comprehensive support.
